In some sources, “Yum Ruam Mit” (
ยำรวมมิตร) or “Yum Ruam” for short (
ยำรวม) is a Thai salad with glass noodles and
many other ingredients such as prawns, squid, minced meat, Vietnamese sausage and peanuts. This salad is dressed with a mixture of lime juice, fish sauce,
chilies and palm sugar.
