The “Yum Moo Yor” (
ยำหมูยอ) is a salad with Vietnamese sausage. The sausage is cut into pieces and mixed together with other fresh
ingredients such as shallots, spring onions and Thai celery. The salad is dressed with a dressing made from fish sauce, lime and palm sugar.
Alternatively, Yum Moo Yor can also be prepared with german “Fleischwurst” (Meat Sausage), as this is very similar to Vietnamese sausage.
