Yum Kra Jiab

“Yum Kra Jiab” ( ) is a salad with okra. The okra is used raw and sliced, then mixed with other vegetables such as tomatoes, as well as meat or seafood. The salad is dressed with a mixture of lime juice, fish sauce, palm sugar and chilis.
