“Yam Khai Tom Moo Sap” ( ยำไข่ต้มหมูสับ ) is a Thai salad with hard-boiled eggs, minced meat and fresh herbs. The salad is dressed with lime juice, fish sauce and palm sugar. Depending on the recipe, Nam Prik Pao can also be added to the dressing.
