Salad with Scrambled Eggs

The Thai salad consists of scrambled eggs that are seasoned with oyster and soy sauce and then fried. After cooling, they are cut into strips and mixed with shallots and coarsely chopped coriander greens. The salad is dressed with a dressing made from lime juice, fish sauce, palm sugar and Thai chilis.
