Yum Galam Plee

is a simple salad made from Chinese cabbage, white cabbage, or pointed cabbage. The cabbage is cut into thin strips and often mixed with ingredients such as tomatoes, carrots, peanuts, or coconut strips. The whole thing is dressed with a dressing made from coarse chili powder, fried garlic, fish sauce, lime juice, and palm sugar.
