“Yum Dok Seno” ( ) is a Thai salad that uses yellow Sesbania flowers as its main ingredient. Usually these are mixed with meat, seafood or a combination of both. The salad is dressed with a dressing made from lime juice, fish sauce, palm sugar and Thai chilis. Fresh herbs like cilantro, spring onion or mint often serve as garnish.
