is a variation of Rad Na in which glass noodles are used instead of the usual rice noodles. The glass noodles are served with pork and Chinese broccoli in a sauce thickened with cornstarch, prepared from broth, yellow bean paste, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. The dish is also known as “Rad Na Woon Sen” ( ).
