“Tom Kha Goong” ( ) is a Thai soup with coconut milk and shrimp. The coconut broth is seasoned with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, chilis and galangal (“Kha” ข่า). Usually straw mushrooms are also found in the soup alongside the shrimp.
