"Tom Kha Gai"
(ต้มข่าไก่) is a Thai soup with coconut milk and chicken. It is based on a broth that is flavoured with lemongrass, kaffir lime
leaves, chilis and the eponymous galangal (“kha” ข่า). Mushrooms are usually added to the soup alongside the meat.
