are Thai prawn cakes made from minced prawn meat, curry paste, and various spices. Chopped yard long beans and kaffir lime leaves are often mixed into this mixture. The whole mixture is then formed into small patties and deep-fried. “Ajaad Thaeng Gwa” goes well with it as a dip.
