"Som Tam Thad" ( ส้มตำถาด ) or “Tam Thad” for short ( ตำถาด ) is a large platter of Som Tam Thai in the middle with all kinds of side dishes, such as pork crusts, chicken wings, moo yor or other sausage, rice noodles, hard-boiled eggs and pickled vegetables around it.
