“Sen Yai Rad Na” (
) consists of wide rice noodles served together with meat and Chinese broccoli in a sauce
thickened with cornstarch and seasoned with fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and yellow bean paste. Pork is usually used as the meat. Depending on the recipe
and amount of broth, it is more of a soup or a plate dish.
