Salad Talee-Sap

is a southern Thai salad from Songkhla Province, named after Talee-Sap Lake. It combines a wild mix of ingredients such as pork loin, pork belly, hard-boiled eggs, tofu, shrimp, rice noodles, and various vegetables. These are tossed with a dressing made from fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, palm sugar, rice vinegar, and Thai chilis.
