some garlic in a wok. Everything is then mixed with scrambled eggs and seasoned with a mixture of oyster sauce, soy sauce and fish sauce. The dish is also found
under the name “Woon Sen Pad Khai Kap Normai Farang” (
วุ้นเส้นผัดไข่กับหน่อไม้ฝรั่ง).
