Pad Woon Sen Goong" (
ผัดวุ้นเส้นกุ้ง) is a simple wok dish in which glass noodles are fried together with vegetables and prawns.
The dish is then flavoured with a mixture of soy sauce, oyster sauce, Golden Mountain sauce, white pepper and a pinch of sugar.
