Pad Woon Sen Cha Om Goong" ( ผัดวุ้นเส้นชะอมกุ้ง ) is fried glass noodles mixed with acacia shoots, prawns and egg. The whole thing is seasoned with a mixture of soy sauce, oyster sauce and fish sauce. The dish can also be found under the name “Woon Sen Pad Cha Om Sai Goong” ( วุ้นเส้นผัดชะอมใส่กุ้ง ).
