“Pad Pak Dong Moo Sap” ( ผัดผักดองหมูสับ ) is a simple wok dish from northern Thailand. Here, minced meat and pickled leafy vegetables are stir-fried together with garlic and chilis and then deglazed with a mixture of soy sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauce. The dish can also be found under the name “Moo Sap Pad Gap Pak Dong” ( หมูสับผัดกับผักดอง ).
