“Pad Kee Mao Gai Sai Normai ( ผัดขี้เมาไก่ใส่หน่อไม้ ) is a wok dish with chicken and bamboo shoots. Both are sautéed with a spicy paste made from quite a lot of chilies, shallots and garlic and deglazed with a mixture of fish sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce . At the end, leaves of holy basil are folded in. The finished dish is served with rice or rice noodles.
