Pad Ga Prau

“Pad Ga Prau” ( ผัดกะเพรา ) is the name given to wok dishes prepared with chopped or minced meat (usually chicken, beef or pork), fresh Ga Prau basil and a paste made from garlic and chili peppers. These ingredients are sautéed and deglazed with a sauce made from fish sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Pad Ga Prau is often served with a fried egg.
