“Pad Ga Prau Moo Sap” ( ผัดกะเพราหมูสับ ) is a variation of Pad Kra Pao, in which minced pork is fried with the usual mixture of crushed garlic and chilis and seasoned with various sauces and holy basil. The “Pad Ga Prau Moo Sap” is also usually served with a fried egg or “Khai Doa”
