“Pad Ga Prau Hed” ( ) is a stir-fry dish where mushrooms are stir-fried together with garlic and chilis. The whole dish is then deglazed with fish sauce and soy sauce. At the end, holy basil (Bai Ga Prau) is mixed in, which gives the whole dish its name and special flavor.
