“Nuea Pad Kha Min” (
เนื้อผัดขมิ้น
) is a southern Thai dish where beef is braised in a mixture of yellow curry paste and fresh
turmeric root, which gives it a vibrant yellow color. After frying the meat together with the mentioned spices, shallots, Thai chilis, soy sauce, oyster sauce
and palm sugar are added before everything braises for a certain time. The dish is served with finely shredded kaffir lime leaves and Thai jasmine rice.
