"Nuea Dad Deaw" ( เนื้อแดดเดียว ) is sun-dried beef. The meat is cut into thin strips, marinated, and then dried for several hours in the sun or a dehydrator. Afterwards, the dried meat is deep-fried. It is usually served with a spicy dipping sauce and sticky rice.
