“Nam Tok Gai Yang” ( น้ำตกไก่ย่าง ) is a Thai salad where grilled chicken is dressed with lime juice, fish sauce, chilli powder and toasted rice powder. The meat is then mixed with chopped spring onions, shallots and fresh mint or other herbs.
