Nam Jim Suki

"Nam Jim Suki" ( น้ำจิ้มสุกี้ ) refers to the Thai interpretation of a Japanese sukiyaki sauce. This sauce is made with ingredients such as fresh chilis, chili sauce, pickled garlic, fermented tofu and crushed sesame seeds, depending on the recipe.
