Minced Meat in Shrimp Paste With Sesban Flowers

“Moo Sap Pad Kapi Sai Dok Khae” ( หมูสับผัดกะปิใส่ดอกแค ) is a simple wok dish where minced meat is stir-fried together with sesban flowers in shrimp paste. The whole dish is then seasoned with soy sauce, Golden Mountain sauce and a little palm sugar. The dish is also known under the name “ดอกแคผัดหมูสับ”.
