“Moo Pad Priau Wan” (
หมูผัดเปรี้ยวหวาน) is a Thai wok dish with Chinese roots. Here, pork is stir-fried together with pineapple,
tomatoes and other vegetables as well as cashew nuts in a sweet and sour sauce. The sauce is prepared from vinegar, sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil and chili
sauce, among other ingredients.
