“Moo Pad Phed Kati Sod” (
หมูผัดเผ็ดกะทิสด) is a wok dish where pork is stir-fried in red curry paste. The special thing about
this dish is that a little coconut milk is also used. In addition to the meat, this dry curry can also contain vegetables such as snake beans or baby corn as
