"Mee Kati Isaan"
(หมี่กะทิอีสาน) is a heartier Isaan variation of
Mee Kati. It also uses thin rice noodles, but they
are served in a rich, thickened sauce made from coconut milk, red curry paste, and yellow soybean paste. The sauce typically includes pork belly, minced pork,
and egg drop.
