Meat or Fish Balls

In Thailand, "Look Chin" ( ลูกชิ้น ) are balls made from different types of meat such as pork, beef, fish or prawns. The meat is finely chopped, mixed with flour, seasoned and then formed into small balls, which are then boiled or deep-fried. Look Chin are usually served in soups, curries or as a snack with a dip.
