“Look Chin Pad Priau Wan” (
ลูกชิ้นผัดเปรี้ยวหวาน
) is a Thai wok dish with Chinese roots in which meatballs are stir-fried
together with pineapple, bell peppers and various vegetables in a sweet and sour sauce. The sauce is prepared from vinegar, sugar, oyster sauce, chili sauce and
other ingredients. The dish can also be found under the name “Pad Priau Wan Look Chin” (
ผัดเปรี้ยวหวานลูกชิ้น
) or “Pad Priau
Wan Look Chin Sapparot” (
ผัดเปรี้ยวหวานลูกชิ้นสับปะรด
).
