“Laap Khao Phot” (
ลาบข้าวโพด) is a salad with corn that is seasoned like a typical Laap from Isaan. The corn is mixed with fish sauce,
lime juice, coarse chili powder, roasted rice powder and fresh herbs. In some recipes, tofu is also added to the corn.
