Minced Meat Salad with Rice Vermicelli

"Laap Khanom Jeen" ( ลาบขนมจีน ) is a variation of Laap from northeastern Thailand, in which the minced meat salad is mixed with fresh rice vermicelli. The meat and noodles are seasoned with Prik Bon, Khao Khua, fresh herbs, lime juice, and fish sauce.
