“Laap Goong” ( ลาบกุ้ง ) is a salad from Isaan where chopped prawns are mixed with fresh herbs, roasted rice powder, and coarse chili powder. The mixture is then dressed with lime juice and fish sauce. There are also variations of this salad that use raw prawns.
