Kuai Tiao Nuea Pueai

The “Kuai Tiao Nuea Pueai” ( ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเนื้อเปื่อย ) is a hearty braised dish where beef is braised together with star anise, cinnamon and other spices in dark soy sauce until tender. The whole dish is then served on rice noodles.
