is a northern Thai noodle soup with a clear broth. The broth is prepared with various spices such as ginger,
lemongrass, cardamom, star anise and coriander roots. This soup is usually served with chicken, a sour dip, peanuts, pickled leafy vegetables, limes and
shallots. This soup came with Muslim traders from southern Chinese Yunnan to the Golden Triangle and thus also became popular in northern Thailand.
