is a Shan noodle soup from the province of Mae Hong Son in northern Thailand. The broth is prepared with minced pork,
tomatoes and fermented canned fish, which gives the soup its characteristic flavor. Thin Khanom Dhin noodles are used, which probably gave the soup its name.
