“Khao Pad Sapparot” (
ข้าวผัดสับปะรด) is fried rice prepared with pineapple, seafood and cashews. It is often served in a cut
pineapple half.
Sometimes the rice served in the pineapple half is also called “Khao Ob Sapparot” (
ข้าวอบสับปะรด). This name is also used for a
variation of the dish where the rice is baked in the pineapple.
