“Khao Pad Prik Khi Nu Goong” (
ข้าวผัดพริกขี้หนูกุ้ง) is a spicy variation of fried rice with prawns. The rice is stir-fried
with garlic and then seasoned with soy and oyster sauce, palm sugar and a large amount of chopped bird’s eye chilis.
