“Khao Pad Ga Prau” (
ข้าวผัดกะเพรา) is a Thai wok dish in which chopped meat is sautéed with garlic and chilies before being mixed
with pre-cooked jasmine rice. Both are then stir-fried together and seasoned with a mixture of soy sauce, fish sauce and chopped holy basil leaves.
Alternatively, a ready-made “Holy Basil Seasoning Paste” can also be used for seasoning. The dish can also be found under the name “Khao Kluk Pad Ga Prau”
