“Khao Moo Daeng” (
ข้าวหมูแดง) is a Thai street food classic where red-marinated pork or “Moo Daeng” is served on rice. The meat is
topped with a reddish sauce made from the meat’s marinade and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Traditionally, it’s also served with a halved hard-boiled egg and
some cucumber slices.
