Khanom Jeep

“Khanom Jeep” ( ขนมจีบ ) are steamed dumplings that are primarily filled with pork, prawns or a mixture of both. They have their origins in Chinese cuisine, where they are called “Siu Mai” (燒賣), and are a popular street food snack. Khanom Jeep are usually steamed in a traditional bamboo steamer and normally served with a savoury dip.
