Khanom Bang Na Moo Goong

refers to halved or quartered toast slices that are coated with a mixture of minced pork and minced prawns and then deep-fried. Depending on the recipe, the toast slices are also topped with a sesame or coriander-chilli topping before frying. The meat and prawn mixture is seasoned with the three best friends (“Sam Gloe”) garlic, pepper and coriander root as well as a few other ingredients.
