“Khai Tom Rad Nam Yum” (
ไข่ต้มราดน้ำยำ) are hard-boiled eggs that are drizzled with a sauce made from lime juice, fish sauce and
palm sugar. The eggs are then garnished with shallots, chilli rings and coriander. This dish is similar in taste to
Yum Khai Tom, but the ingredients are mixed more thoroughly in that dish.
