“Khai Jiew Dok Seno” ( ) is a Thai omelette with yellow sesbania flowers. The flowers are mixed with garlic and soy sauce into the beaten eggs and then fried until golden brown in hot oil. Depending on the recipe, the omelette can also contain shallots, spring onions, fresh herbs, or very finely chopped vegetables.
