Thai Hot Pot From Isaan

“Jim Jum” ( จิ้มจุ่ม ) is a hot pot dish from Isaan. The Thai name means something like “dip, dunk” and describes pictorially how the dish is eaten. Broth is heated in a clay pot, into which various fresh ingredients are then dipped until they are cooked. A spicy dipping sauce is usually served alongside.
