Hoi Thod

Omelette with Mussels

In the street food classic “Hoi Thod” ( หอยทอด ), oysters or other mussels are fried in a thin batter and then mixed with egg, creating a kind of omelette. The whole dish is then served with sprouts and a chili sauce.
