Gai Pad Khao Phot On

“Gai Pad Khao Phot On” ( ไก่ผัดข้าวโพดอ่อน ) is a simple dish where chicken meat is stir-fried together with baby corn. For this, the meat is first stir-fried together with garlic before chopped baby corn cobs are added. All this is then deglazed with a mixture of oyster sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce. The dish can also be found under the name “Gai Pad Jot Khao Pot” ( ไก่ผัดยอดข้าวโพด ).
