“Gaeng Paa Mhu Paa” ( แกงป่าหมู ) is a northern Thai curry with pork. It is prepared with a special red curry paste and clear broth. Other ingredients include various vegetables and spices, such as baby corn, Thai eggplants, Thai chilies, green pepper, krachai and holy basil.
